It makes Me laugh.

Truly, I laughed when I realised, when the words finally sunk in. Admittedly, it took a moment or two for the words to sink in, to process that you truly think yourself worthy of being in love with Me.

You're not worthy of My attention. You're a loser, a simp, a beta who admires Me from afar. It's almost ... creepy.

Still, part of Me wants to give you a chance to prove yourself, even if it's only to see you fail.
