I have a number of bills and expenses that have to be paid monthly, some are necessary ones - rent, electricity etc, and some are luxuries. Though, personally I would bi-weekly massage, and weekly pedicure, and manicure as a 'necessity'.

I have My monthly expenses listed in My book, and you're going to adopt one. They range from the very expensive to the not so expensive, suited to every budget. You can even pay in instalments, so long as it's covered by the end of the month.
