Young Moldovian slave Dumitru 20 y.o. is getting the back whipping. He's standing, not laying down - it's much difficult to suffer the whipping while your are standing. Master is using the long whip for the slave and after first strokes his back is covering by long red scars. The whipping is long and Master wants to make slave to cry. It's a first back whipping for the slave, first so cruel punishment while he's suffering the real pain.
