This was filmed at Chelsea's place and here she is wearing 3 different pairs of shoes trampling her slaves head, she steps all over his head as if she was standing on the floor, you can see her slave in pain he is squirming beneath her shoes as she she stands comfortably on him, at first she wears her red heels and then kicks them off and slips on a black pair and stands all over his head in those then she puts on her white high heel sandals and continues to crush his head beneath her hot body.
