Chelsea is wearing her big high heel boots with block heels she walks on the DVD's breaking the boxes, she just uses her weight to step on them to break them whilst walking, she walks back and fourth breaking all of the edges of the boxes, she then does some stomping to produce more damage, she doesn't completely smash them just breaks them up a bit.
