Chelsea is wearing her white high heel shoes and steps all over her slaves head with them, she is causing her victim lots of pain as she uses all of her body weight to crush him, half way into the clip she takes off her white shoes and then puts on her black shoes and continues to step on his head resuming the pain for him where she left off.
