This is not the same clip as as "Trampling In Kickers Shoes" but is very similar so consider it part 2, Chelsea starts by stepping all over her slaves head in her hard comfortable for her Kickers shoes, 3 minutes into the clip the slave flips over and Chelsea tramples his stomach and chest and briefly stands on his head she steps all over him whilst enjoying her cigarette.
