Chelsea doesn't care about the pain she is inflicting on the poor guy she just steps on his head in heels as if she was standing on the floor, you can see he is in a lot of pain but this does't phase her as she uses all of her body weight to crush him whilst wearing a little top and a pair of black lack thongs.
