The home help starts the day with their old patient once again with their special kind of morning exercise. Her poor aged victim has to do fitness exercises under the compulsion to be spanked while the home help gets him down. She climbs on him during push-ups and tramples him during sit-ups. She whips him during squats and jumping jacks. The battered, weak senior is already out of breath, but the cruel heart of the young sadist has no mercy. She continues to dominate him in the sports drill with beatings until he collapses from total exhaustion.
