Officer Deanna has dragged a citizen back to her lair to undergo her own special brand of re-education. After catching him speeding and driving while Silly, she decides to teach him a lesson he won't soon forget. Officer Deanna whips, canes, paddles and ballbusts her captive, until he is beaten down and gives in, admitting his faults before this vigilante cop.
