This clip was filmed during the official shooting. Mistress Akella has a break from the shooting with a cup of coffee and a cigarette. She relaxes on a rubber bed. But she don't want to see the slave during her break and so the two boys are ordered to crawl under the bed.

Everytime Mistress Akella needs to drop the hot ash from her cigarette, she uses one of the slave's opened mouthes. She tells them how much she enjoys her break and to make the humiliation perfect, she spits some coffee into their mouthes.
