Saharra tickles every part of Bailey from head to toe. She gets the nape of the neck, the armpits, tits, sides, stomach, inner thighs, under the knee caps and of course, the soles of her feet. Oh how she works those little toes. She even sits on top of Bailey while doing this dastardly deed so she can feel every muscle in her tense and twist as laughs, screams, wiggles and squiggles.

And again, Saharra is not finished with this little Brat who just thought she could wander in off the street and not pay the penalty. There is so much punishment left for this little princess.
