My bicep peaks are pretty extreme and big! I have just got back from the supermarket and I had to carry the bags into the kitchen. The shopping bags are full and heavy, but before I put my shopping away I decided to do some bicep curls with the heavy shopping bags to get my biceps pumped up and veiny for you guys! Once my biceps are pumped up, I flex them and even I am shocked at how big my biceps look in this video! WOW I have huge biceps!
