You're very kind and polite to her over the phone while her step-son or husband is lying at Your feet under Your desk and You humiliate him sadistically. You say the things I wrote earlier: "he can't talk right now" (because You gag his mouth with Your foot), "he is very busy" (he is busy licking Your shoes) and anything else You can come up with. Be very cruel (while being very nice on the phone): smack his face with your foot out of nowhere, or kick him in the balls, stomp him in the stomach at times just for the fun of it, on the top of making him lick your shoes and feet. And when he moans and groans in pain, gag his mouth with the bottom of your foot and put your index finger on your lips to shush him. You can gag his mouth with Your toes and Your heel too (there can be a lot of foot gagging) but please also gag his mouth with the middle of your foot (the side and bottom of Your foot) at some point, I find that the most humiliating and sexy. I attach a pic to illustrate what I mean. Make him eat something from your shoes and feet too. You're eating some kind of cake. :) You ask the guy (without words, just with gestures) if he wants some. He does. You put the plate on the floor. He goes for the fork, but you step on it or kick it away. He crawls to it, or tries to pull it out under your foot, but then you step on his hand (you do this casually, without even looking, while talking on the phone), now he tries to pull out the fork under your foot with his mouth maybe. He finally succeeds. He has the fork ready to eat the brownie or cake. But just before he could start, You step on it and crush it under Your foot. It doesn't have to be exactly like this, but you get the idea. You are toying with him sadistically. Now of course he has to lick the cake from Your foot and/or the bottom of Your shoes. (This is the time to say: "He has a lot on his plate right now." :) Then wipe Your foot on his chest and especially on his face. You could also make him drink "From Dusk till Dawn" style (shove Your foot in his mouth and pour the drink down Your legs into his mouth): You can ask the step-mother or wife if she wants to leave him a message. You write down the message on a piece of paper, then ball it up, spit on it and shove it in his mouth and make him eat it too. At the end make him groan again with some footslaps or kicks, then make some excuse in the phone (again very politely) and hang up. Then start shouting with the guy, stand up and kick him in the stomach a good couple of times for not being quiet while you were on the phone. As nice you were on the phone with Mrs. Ninja, be as furious and crazy now. Shout something then kick him, say something then kick. For example: "Why can't you shut the fuck up while I'm on the phone?" Kick him in the stomach. "I had to come up with a lie." Kick him in the stomach. "You know how I fucking hate that."
