This video is sort of like a video journal of my current weight loss. I started at 155 pounds and am now currently down to 131 pounds. I talk about how the weight loss starting to occur, what I've been doing to stay fit and why. There is a short clip from 1 of my gaining weight videos where I weight myself then I weigh myself to show you my new weight in comparison. I show you a close up of my new body.
