(4:23) Nurse Sarah is a sweetheart. One favored by her co-workers and patients. But, this man has no patience for her and tells her very clearly that he plans to tell the doctor off. But, Sarah's feelings for the doctor show when he calls and she realizes that this patient might just ruin her bosses day. She has to make a choice and unfortunately for Mr. Johnson (Lucky Lee) her loyalty to the doc is strong, and so are her arms and hands that she wraps around his mouth while taking the doctors call.
