Sarah September has a problem with Vore. Her problem is so serious that she has gone to see someone about her problem. A doctor. When she sits down it becomes obvious that her belly is big but the rest of her is normal. She talks about her obsession.

She can't stop thinking about consuming another human. It is driving her crazy and she is worried she might act on it.

At this point the doctor reminds her that if she says she has hurt someone or will hurt someone then the doctor will have to report it.

Sarah is irritated and starts talk...

Sarah is irritated and starts talking about her friend who is thinking about eating a person. But, this is not the help she wanted. So, she finally lets her little secret out. She has already eaten a man whole and she is worried that it is going to happen again and soon!

At this point the doctor tells her he is going to have to call the authorities. Sarah pleads for him not to, but then her expression changes. She smiles and grabs the doctor by the neck. She tells him he should have helped her, now he is going to become part of her. Then she opens her mouth wide and slowly shoves his entire body inside.

After this, her belly is now huge. Sarah burps and feels like she is going to explode. "I do feel better though!" she exclaims and she gets up and waddles out of the office before anyone notices the now missing doctor.
