After smoking a huge dab Sarah starts coughing hard. The first two and a half minutes are straight coughing. Sarah's face becomes red and her cheeks puff out as she gasps for breath. She coughs so hard she wretches. Sarah tries to relax her inflamed lungs and has to take her shirt of because she is sweating so much. As she tries to breath in a controlled manner she continuously loses control and begins coughing again and again.
