Sarah and her friend Missy are bored so Sarah decides to challenge Missy to a little friendly competition. The rules: blow your ball all the way up until tight, then sit on to pop. Then, do it all over again. Missy laughs and thinks Sarah is kidding, but when she realizes Sarah is pulling out the deflated balls she decides it might be fun. The two are competitive and quickly start to blow. Who will finish first to be the ruler of the world???
