Sarah's body continues to grow. She is getting so big that her clothes do not fit and she is left to wearing spandex clothing that will stretch as she does. She poses for you rubbing her huge belly and changes clothes so you can see that she is not stuffing her clothes but that her body is in fact getting stuffed.
