The always quiet and sweet Sarah has been in a horrible car accident. Her neck and back were seriously injured. In fact, several of the vertebrae in her spine had to be removed. Then the surgeons shot a bunch of steroids directly into her spine in the hopes it would help her body repair itself and possibly regrow some of the now missing tissue.
