Well, I finally did it! I went to Mexico and had the surgery I have been saving for. It was pretty expensive and very risky, but I am telling you, it was worth it to have both of my arms removed. I know you must think I am crazy or something, but I feel great. I feel complete, if that makes sense.

The only thing left would be these two legs, but I am not going to worry about that too much right now. I mean look at me. I certainly don't appear to be missing anything. I feel so sexy and beautiful now.
