I tell my good friend how sorry I am and how I want to make up and we hug and smile. But, when she is distracted I grab her neck and pull her head back exposing her throat. I don't let her go no matter how she fights. I have to grab her hair at one point while still holding and squeezing her soft neck. That's my apology!
