Sarah sits with her legs crossed and taps the toe of her red high heel hard on the floor in front of her. She has received a phone call that she wasn't expecting and is obviously annoyed to have to deal with at the moment. Every time she slams down her toe her calf muscle shakes and jiggles back and forth. As the call goes on her calves shake harder and harder until they are almost bursting out of her skin.
