This long film is divided into four distinct parts. This is the first part: Nurse Bernadette shows up to introduce herself to Ava as a nurse that Ava's family has hired to give her special and humiliating treatments. Ava is skeptical and argues back which only infuriates Nurse more. Ava is told to strip down and accept whatever treatment is given to her.
