I've often been called "bossy" or been told that I have a "strong personality" which I don't mind at all, and then there are the insecure men who angerly tell me I have a huge ego (which I also don't deny). Though Is it really an ego if I can back it up? Is it arrogant of me to be aware of my power? Or to use it to my advantage in every possible situation? Sounds like for some men, the anger comes out of fear. You'd do it too if you could, so really, I'm not bossy, I'm simply the boss ;)
