This was a horrible day and I never want to relive it! I literally sat on the toilet for hours, trying to go number two. I had a lot of dry stool and it was impacted inside me and would not come out, no matter how hard I strained and pushed. I almost had to go to the doctor to have it removed. I grunt, strain, and push many times and it still won't budge. I try squatting over the toilet seat because sometimes that helps push it out when I'm constipated, but it still won't come out and it hurts and irritates my rectum.
