Desperate for a quick fix to your overweight problem (and relieved that you won't have the gag) you swallow the pill whole. "How do you feel?" Nurse Savage asks as she takes your vitals. "A bit woozy? No worries, its a common side effect." You can't tell if it's your eyes or your brain, but it seems like Nurse Savage is getting taller - a LOT taller! Whoa, whoa! You're shrinking!!

"Well, well. You've reacted perfectly to my overweight medication. It's in its experimental stages, so I needed a desperate patient like yourself to try it. Hmm, now what to do with you? I can't have you running around the office floor for the doctor to find, so I guess I'll just have to squash you." Her giant boots come down on your face as you're helpless and frightened from becoming so tiny. "Wait! I have a better idea. You're the perfect snack size for me, I'd love a good fattening snack right now." She says as she picks you up and dangles you above her head while you squirm. "What's the matter? Didn't you get what you came here for? You're figure looks amazing... good enough to eat!" She swallows you whole before moving on to her next patient.
