February 25, 2018, 5:08pm. Petty Theft. 21 year old Latino male, 5’3”, caught on camera stealing $400.00 cash from an open, unattended cash register. The clerk claims he was distracted by the suspect, prompting the intervention of the Loss Prevention Officer.
