While in custody, the officer was able to discover the suspect’s criminal record of vandalism and his likelihood of jail with any police action. An understanding was reached by the suspects and the Loss Prevention Officer, and they was released without involvement of law enforcement. $19.98 retail value recovered for the store without incident.
