September 4, 2018, 10:36AM. Petty theft. One perp, 23 year old Asian male, 5’10” was caught stealing jewelry and detained by mall security shortly thereafter. During this period, the suspect was taken out for interrogation by the guard on duty. Once in the back room, the suspect becomes oppositional and extremely nervous.
