It's autumn and close to Halloween. Dorothy is skipping along in the forest when all of a sudden, the wicked witch appears out of nowhere! The wicked witch wants Dorothy's ruby slippers and she's going to get them one way or another!

The witch has brought Dorothy back to her evil castle and has Dorothy bound with her feet propped up. Dorothy struggles to keep from letting the wicked witch remove her ruby slippers.
