Lola and and I a couple of petite girls. But don't let our petiteness fool you, because we are very POWERFUL too! We demonstrate this having some fun lifting and carrying each other in several ways. We take turns throwing each other over our shoulders, piggy back, lifting and spinning around. Hell I even carry Lola in my arms and curl her a few times! Lola carries me the same way and walks all over the room while I'm in her arms. Lola and I had a blast making this lift and carry scene!
