It's like something out of a horror movie watching him squirm and fight for air, similar to when a facehugger from Aliens clasps onto someone's face. But as scary as it looks, you can't help but feel the urge to be trapped in that same position, at the total mercy of Aiden's ass and strong legs. He tries his best to survive and fight off her vise-like headscissors and figure-4 facesits, but with his hands and feet tied behind him, it's no use. Aiden is determined to survive, so she weakens his neck by knocking him out with a reverse headscissor and weakening his neck with multiple neck scissor thrusts.
