Barely any make up on and still a bit shiny and sweaty from my work out, I'm naked and chatting to you about my exercise and my muscles, and I show you them and flex them. Arms and legs are looking pretty good, tummy needs more work (c section didn't help!). It's been about 4 months of doing 10-30 minutes of kettlebell work outs 5-6 days a week! 15kg lost.
