Just found my skipping rope! So I decided to go outside and try it. It's a little bit twisted from not being used for ages, and that makes it a bit difficult to use! I'd also forgotten what hard work skipping is! Ooph! Wearing a T-shirt and tight leggings (which keep sliding down) in this video, with no underwear underneath! ;-) Front and back views!
