Marco is an Antonio ́s friend he is 26 years old, 1,85 cms tall, his weight is 70 kgs when Antonio and i talk him about lift and carry he was very intersting and wanted to test my strenght he just could not believe that an small girl like me could lift heavier guys. then we invited Marco to live this new experience, at first i will show him some easy positions to start and he can feel comfortable then i will let him move free over my body. He loved and enjoyed the experience and for sure he wants to have more of this.
