Detective Daphne Taylor apprehends two criminals, Abby and Macy, as they are robbing a house. Daphne takes them down after a brief struggle, cuffs them and brings them into the station for booking.

While the detective is away doing paperwork, the two girls manage to slip their cuffs and try to attack the detective when she returns. Daphne pepper sprays the perps, and then re-cuffs them and for the rest of the film parades them around the station in their handcuffs.
