Soon one of the Dark Phantom's henchmen decides to pay Ultragirl a visit, taunting her with her power belt. Ultragirl is determined to get her belt back and restore her powers, so she manages to kick the henchman, making him drop her power belt. As he is her belt lands in her hands. In a flash of energy, Ultragirl recovers her powers and breaks out of the bonds holding her. Standing triumphantly over the henchman, she leaves him to go confront the Dark Phantom and finally bring him to justice.
