Ultragirl comes to the rescue of another superheroine who is bound and gagged in a chair next to a table of loot. In her attempts to free her fellow superheroine, she ends up suckered-punched by this mysterious superheroine. She stands over Ultragirl, gloating in her triumph over this mighty maiden of justice, even removing Ultragirl's power belt and donning it herself. Soon, Ultragirl finds herself in the same chair well bound and powerless without her belt. Her evil captor taunts Ultragirl, showing off how the power belt goes with her costume instead.
