Wonder Bella is on the trail of a mysterious masked man when she locates his lair. But she is soon grabbed and placed under his control by a mysterious device. She stands there, unable to move as she fights off the effects of the device. Soon she is tightly bound with her magical ropes to a chair and silenced with a ballgag as she struggles defiantly. But the masked man needs to depart with his ill-gotten gains and cannot have her following him again. So he leaves an insidious device to deal with Wonder Bella. Will she get free in time? Or is this the end of our beautiful superheroine?
