Zapped with a stun ray and rendered powerless, Wonder Lila found herself being dragged away while Pepper squirmed in her restraints. Now we rejoin the story as Wonder Lila has been tied to a chair with her own magical rope next to Pepper. Both damsels struggle in their bindings while The Dark Phantom gloats over his captives. Wonder Lila continues to be defiant, not giving in to the dasterly villain. He gags her with foam tape as well and reveals his plans of using Pepper's money, and with Wonder Lila out of the way, he can run the city. He leaves the damsels to their fate, letting them know the building is wired to explode. The lovely damsels struggle mightily against the ropes to get free from this perilous trap. Using the last of her strength, Wonder Lila works out of her ropes and helps Pepper get free as well. Later on, Pepper sits with her good friend Lila and recounts the harrowing experience she had. So now the hunt goes on for the mysterious Dark Phantom. Will Wonder Lila finally capture him? Will he run the city? What other devious plans does he have in store for other damsels and super-heroines?
