Eva is a strange doctor. Rey goes to her studio, to have her nose checked, as she feels some discomfort.

Rey sits down on the chair and Eva starts to check her nose. She cleans it with a cloth, then she touch it several times. She starts pinching it, keeping the nostrils closed for some seconds. Rey understands there is something weird in the visit, so she starts complaining. Eva has to continue it in the way she wants, so she takes the duct tape and ties Rey up. Then she wraps her mouth with the black tape, to be sure the patient can't complain again.
