Bianca is an agent in leather who breaks into the house of an insane couple to stop them. She looks around her and doesn't find anyone, so she calls her boss and he tells her to come back.

When she gets in the car, a man in balaclava and leather gloves puts a cloth over her mouth from the back seat. She struggles and tries to escape but the man keeps the cloth tight.

Bianca wakes up, tied up and gagged with duct tape on a chair, in the same room she went a short time earlier. She understands she is the next victim of the insane couple.
