Kat and Arabella Jade are secretaries who find themselves in a bit of a bind again. The scene starts with the two of them tied next to each other with rope, secured to chairs and ball gagged. Then a masked villain comes in and removes the ball-gags and replaces it with tape which is wrapped around their heads. After a bit of struggling he returns with another roll of duct tape and adds to their already tight gags, wrapping it around several times.
