This is a great video. Dart_Tech puts his friend -SlavePuppy- (both on Fetlife) into a pair of heavy weighted vests and then pulls a black Maxcita straitjacket over the vests. -SlavePuppy- is then lowered into the deck cell and chained to bolts in the cement. Additional weighted leg restraints are locked around her booted legs and chained to more bolts in the cement.
