The video that I want is for you to do several UW breathholds, each going for as long as you possibly can. I noticed in some other videos, there's a request to scream as you start to run out of air. I does not want you to do that, since I want you to last as long as possible. This is the order in which I would like for you to do the breathholds:

1. With small swim goggles + noseclip

2. With small swim goggles + noseclip

3. Only oval mask

4. Only oval mask

5. Only noseclip

6. Only noseclip

Also, when you wear the oval mask, when you start getting contractions, I want you to open your eyes really wide and get a panicked look on your face, but continue to stay underwater. And last thing, make sure to give yourself sometime to rest between breathholds, so you can go for as long as you can on each one.
