Nastya was meditating. She felt dizzy. She began to lack air and fell onto the bed. Her body became listless and motionless. She tried to continue the meditation while standing, but fell again. The body continued to lie on the bed. Nastya tried to rectify the situation. She went to drink water and from the water her body became lethargic again and from lack of air she fell on the sofa, and then rolled to the floor.
