This is the way of life isn’t it? Always some kind of give and take involved. I acknowledge there is no way I could have this fine real estate investment without your investment in me. I also know I owe you quite a bit of money and you’re here to collect something. I get it. I don’t have the money to give but I do have something else of value. I don’t wear thigh-highs everyday so I’m dressed like this for a reason. So far we’ve been the best of work buddies but today it’s going to another level. Let’s just consider this new chapter a sort of arrangement to whittle down my debt.
