Emily Frosh, the white witch, aka the mistress of mind control, is taking over the minds of Dr. Steele's minions and them to off themselves. To combat her powers, the bad doctor builds an android, Cerebriac, whom she can't control, because he doesn't have a mind, but a computer for a brain. Anything Emily can do, Cerebriac can do better, and he uses a mind numbing ray to take control of her. First sending her out on a crime spree, and after summoning her to his lavish, futuristic hideout to become his sex slave.
